  • Manisha Holidays grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site, provided you do not disrupt its operation.

  • Certain areas of the Site may require registration. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

8. Agency Terms and Conditions

  • Payments for domestic and international tickets are due within 6 days after the week ends or as notified by Manisha Holidays.

    • Voiding and refund charges follow airline norms plus Manisha Holidays fees.

  • Service charges are collected from customers.

  • Ticket voids or cancellations are accepted only until 6 hrs.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of all PNRs/tickets without notice.

  • Agents are liable for misuse of airline/GDS PNRs and amounts will be recovered accordingly.

  • Advances paid are non-interest bearing and must be used within 360 days. Unused amounts will be held in trust for 2 years and then forfeited.

  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days for air tickets and hotel bookings. Unclaimed amounts will be forfeited.

  • Refunds from suppliers will be processed as received; no adjustments against payment schedules.

  • TDS will be deducted as per the law, and certificates will be issued in the following financial year.

  • Agents must maintain documentation in compliance with Reserve Bank of India limits.

  • Payments for services must be made via approved methods, and late payments incur interest.

9. Disclaimer

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties. Manisha Holidays is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.

  • External factors may affect the Site’s functionality, and Manisha Holidays is not liable for resulting damages.

  • Manisha Holidays serves as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Manisha Holidays may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the changes.

11. General Provisions

  • Travel to certain destinations may involve risks. Consult local authorities before booking.

  • Manisha Holidays reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site and to deny access at its discretion.

  • Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Declaration

  • You warrant that neither you nor your affiliates are on any restricted lists (e.g., OFAC, SDN). Notify Manisha Holidays immediately if you or your affiliates are added to such lists.
